How do I sign up for the free plan?
Simply download any of the Writefull tools and create an account from there, or go to my.writefull.com to sign up. This gives you the free plan by default.
How do I sign up for the Premium plan?
To sign up for a Premium plan, you need a Writefull account. Simply select one of the three plans above, sign in to your Writefull account, and purchase a plan by clicking 'Upgrade to Premium' within your account portal. You will then return to the Plans page and can purchase a plan for your account. If you don't have a Writefull account yet, you can create one right after selecting a plan, or on my.writefull.com.
How do you process my payment? Is it safe?
We process payments using Stripe or Gumroad, which comply with the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All payment information is tokenized and encrypted in a PCI-compliant ecosystem.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we do. Go here to calculate pricing depending on your group size. Select a plan and invite others to join.
Can I cancel my membership?
Of course. If you paid using Stripe (the case for most users), you can cancel your account from my.writefull.com. If you paid using Gumroad, log in here and you'll be able to cancel.
